Man dies in forklift truck accident

A 35-year-old man has died at an industrial premises in Newark
Officers were called to the Barcode warehouse Telford Drive in Newark following an industrial accident whilst driving a forklift truck at 9.40am today (Tuesday June 4).
The man was pronounced dead at the scene following the incident. Officers remain at the scene.
The Health and Safety Executive has been informed and will investigate the circumstances in conjunction with the police.
