A man's evening went up in smoke when Newark officers discovered at least £250,000-worth of illegal tobacco.
Op Reacher officers stopped a van travelling on the A1 and found the driver to be under the influence of drugs.
He failed a roadside drugs wipe and was then arrested.
His evening then got a whole lot worse when police searched the van and found large amounts of illicit tobacco.
It was estimated to be in excess of £250,000 worth.
Newark and Sherwood Op Reacher has been working alongside HMRC and inquiries are ongoing.
