Manager of Newark Organ Grinder Pub denies fraud at former workplace The Fox Inn at Kelham




The manager of a Newark pub has denied committing fraud at another pub he used to work at.

Jason Kitteringham, of Portland Street, Newark ­— and manager of the Organ Grinder ­— appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court today for trial but this was adjourned.

Mr Kitteringham is charged with fraud by abuse of position in which he dishonestly tried to make a gain from his former workplace, The Fox Inn at Kelham.

The charges relate to a date in January 2020.

Mr Kitteringham re-iterated his not guilty plea before magistrates today.

He was granted unconditional bail and is to stand trial at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on August 23.
