Three men appearing at Nottingham Crown Court told to expect lengthy sentences after two people stabbed in own home
Three men were told they could expect sentences of some length after two people were stabbed in their own home.
Co-defendants Amahnde Lodge, Tialo Miguel and Emmanuel Murphy entered a number of pleas at Nottingham Crown Court today.
It relates to an incident at an address on Staythorpe Road, Staythorpe, in the early hours of Sunday, January 9 this year.
All three men, 20, 21 and 20 respectively, pleaded guilty to two counts of possessing an imitation firearm, namely a pistol and single-barrel shotgun; as well as the possession of knives without lawful authority.
Miguel further admitted two charges of wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, and one count of conspiracy with intent to supply class B drugs on a separate indictment.
Barrister Simon Eckersley, mitigating, said the defendants could expect sentences of some length.
Lodge, of Melrose Avenue, Sherwood; Miguel, of Hartley Street, Manchester; and Murphy, of Highwood Avenue, Bilborough, were remanded into custody.
Sentencing is currently scheduled for Monday, August 1.
