Missing twins found near Newark

Twins who went missing in Skegness were found safe and well in a car on the A17 near Newark last night.

A Lincolnshire Police spokesman said during enquiries into the search for Tamara Dyson, 37, and her four-year-old twins Billy Francis and Vixen Francis police officers approached the car and arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of kidnap.

The spokesman said they were at Lincoln Police Station where they will be questioned today. The children have been taken into police protection.
