Missing woman found dead

The body of an 81-year-old missing woman has been found in Danethorpe, Newark, today (Monday 13 June).

Mrs Veronica Kinder was found dead inside her car in Danethorpe Lane at around 2pm this afternoon.

Her death is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.

Mrs Kinder, from Winthorpe, Newark, had been missing since Sunday June 5.
