Newark networking event to offer businesses insight to cryptocurrency
A networking event offering support for small businesses will be held tomorrow (Friday, May 27).
B-Global will be holding the event, discussing cryptocurrency and business, at Holy Trinity Community Centre, Newark.
The event is free to attend and whilst open to everyone, it has a particular focus on supporting Black, Asian and ethnic minority business owners.
It is partially funded through the government's community renewal fund.
The event will run from 9.30am to 2pm, hosted by Adam Buss, of Derby City Council, with Keynote speaker Kate Baucherel and event manager Tamika Martin.
It will provide an opportunity for business owners to network, learn new skills, and improve their knowledge.
Speaker Kate Baucherel is a crypto and blockchain expert and will teach attendees about the new world of currency.
Free refreshments will also be provided.
