New coronavirus related death reported in Newark and Sherwood today (Monday, November 15) according to Public Health England




A total of 74 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Newark and Sherwood, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.

Ashfield 20,629 (up 54) Bassetlaw 18,727 (up 45) Broxtowe 16,238 (up 46) Gedling 18,526 (up 69) Mansfield 17,998 (up 62) Newark and Sherwood 17,200 (up 74) Rushcliffe 17,796 (up 98) Nottingham city 55,108 (up 139) Nottinghamshire 127,114 (up 448).

In the last seven days there have been 394 positive cases recorded in Newark and Sherwood, which is up 23 cases on the previous seven days.

In the latest 24-hour period, there has been one new death reported in Newark and Sherwood within 28 days of the person testing positive for the virus, taking the total to 230.

According to the latest public data, 9,561,099 (up 36,128) patients in the UK have tested positive and 142,898 (up 83) people have died within 28 days of positive test.

The number of people vaccinated with the first dose up to November 13 is 50,557,065 (up 31,806).

The total for the second dose is 46,009,463 (up 23,668) and the total for the booster is 12,613,256 (up 448,670).
