A woman who had her head shaved for charity has raised £234.70.
Rebecca Stewart, 52, of Balderton, undertook the Brave The Shave challenge because her family has been affected by cancer.
She raised the money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Rebecca had her pink-dyed hair shaved off at her usual salon, Fab Hair, on Middlegate, Newark.
She said she was not nervous at all.
“Because I go to Fab anyway, and I know the girls there, it was fine,” she said. “At the minute it’s still quite short, but I have dyed it pink again.
“My husband said I’m lucky because it suits me.”
Rebecca said four of her relatives had been affected by cancer.
