Nottinghamshire Police Balderton beat team opens hub in William Ghent House on Wilfred Avenue, Balderton

A temporary police hub has opened its doors in Balderton.

Its aim is to give people from the Balderton, Fernwood and Middlebeck areas the chance to report ongoing issues face to face.

The new hub is based in William Ghent House on Wilfred Avenue.

The community can pop in and have a chat with the officers to meet the team.

Pc Brotheridge and PCSO Hewerdine will be basing themselves in the unit following a high number of calls to the force.

Signs in the window will show when the officers are available.

If the sign is not up, officers will be out responding to reported incidents and conducting enquiries for investigations.

The hub will be open on the following dates – August 10 from 9am to 4pm; August 19 from 9am to 4pm; August 24 from 1.30pm to 9pm; and August 31 from 1.30pm to 9pm.
