I give notice that Mrs Hannah Guy is applying to Newark and Sherwood District Council for planning permission to Outline planning application for the construction of up to 350 dwellings; formal and informal open space, structural green space, surface water drainage infrastructure and access from the B6326. All other matters to be reserved.
