Newark Cue Club owner Keith Warren charged with sexual assault set for retrial next year

A Newark club owner charged with sexual assault will be retried after a jury couldn't reach a verdict.
Owner of Newark Cue Club Keith Warren, 53, will appear at Nottingham Crown Court for a retrial in January next year.
Mr Warren stood trial in early April but the jury was unable to reach a verdict.
Mr Warren was said to have assaulted a woman — who cannot be identified for legal reasons — at the club on a number of occasions.
A date for the trial was set at Nottingham Crown Court today; January 16, 2023.
