Newark man to appear in court today after bicycle theft
A Newark man is due to appear before magistrates today (Wednesday) after a bicycle theft in town.
Connor Kelsall, of no fixed abode, Newark, was arrested by Nottinghamshire Police response officers yesterday on suspicion of stealing a bicycle and breach of bail.
The 21-year-old was spotted on CCTV following the incident by Newark response officers who then located him.
When arresting Kelsall, officers found the bolt croppers used at the time of the offence and charged and remanded the man with two offences.
