Fifty seven new homes on the market as Bellway East Midlands launch show homes for phase three of The Foresters development in Middlebeck, Newark




The third phase of a major development well underway, with more than 50 new homes on the market.

Bellway’s The Foresters at Middlebeck, Newark, is in its third phase, with the first section of he phase adding an additional 57 two, three and four-bedroom properties.

They join 138 houses built by Bellway East Midlands in the first two phases of the development.

The show homes for the first section of phase three were opened earlier this month.

Kenny Lattimore, sales manager for Bellway East Midlands, said: “We are making excellent progress at The Foresters at Middlebeck, having sold every property in the first two phases.

“Now we have launched the showhomes for the third phase, as we forge ahead with our portion of this major local project.”

Bellway’s The Foresters development is part of a wider plan by a consortium of housebuilders to deliver up to 3,000 properties on the southern edge of Newark, around a mile and a half from the town centre.

Mike van den Berg, Project Director at Urban and Civic, said: “We’re delighted Bellway Homes are on board and bringing a further suite of homes to Middlebeck.

“These homes and those in the plan have been wonderfully received which is absolutely fantastic.

“Bellway’s continued investment further reinforces the strength of Middlebeck as a new thriving community.”

Bellway started work on The Foresters at Middlebeck in 2018.
