RSPCA Radcliffe Animal Centre confirm the parakeet found in Newark Library has been re-homed




A parakeet that was rescued from Newark Library has been rehomed.

The crimson bellied conure parakeet was found flying around Newark Library on October 13 and was taken into care by the RSPCA Radcliffe Animal Centre, Nottingham.

On Monday 29 October the centre confirmed the nameless parakeet had been rehomed.

The shelter expressed their delight at the publicity gained during their attempts to rehome the parakeet.
