Since 2004 she has been working closely with case managers, solicitors, and healthcare professionals to deliver hands-on rehabilitation to help her clients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Nicola was one of six weekly winners to gain a repost by Theo Paphitis to his hundreds of thousands of followers across X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, and LinkedIn followers.

“Being chosen by Theo Paphitis is an incredible boost,” said Nicola. “It’s great to see the importance of brain health and rehabilitation being recognised on a bigger stage.”

Theo Paphitis said: “We are thrilled to welcome new #SBS members every week and highlight just how important it is to support our small businesses here in the UK. My vision is that everyone who has ever won an #SBS re-tweet from me becomes part of a friendly club; like-minded individuals who can share successes and learnings.

“The website will also give a valuable profile to the winners chosen and I wish Physiocare Rehab every success.”

Beyond physiotherapy, Nicola is also on a mission to educate and empower people about brain health through training courses, as a guest on podcasts and even on the stage at conferences.

“I’m passionate about making complex neuroscience accessible and practical,” said Nicola.

“Brain health isn’t just for those recovering from injury—everyone can benefit from understanding their brain and how lifestyle, sleep, movement, and stress management impact memory, attention, and overall cognitive function.”
