Latest planning applications to be submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council




A planning application for change of use from agricultural land to equestrian that saw district councillor Johno Lee storm out of a planning committee when it was last debated and rejected in a row over paperwork has been submitted again.

The application for Norwell is among the following planning applications that have been submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council:

Balderton: Relocate garage door. Replacement door canopy extending over new bay window, at 1 Anderson Close, by Tyrone O'Donovan.

Bulcote: Tree works, at The Paddock, Nottingham Road, by Paul Mountain.

Caythorpe: Tree works, at 90 Caythorpe Road, by Charles Webster.

Collingham: Demolish conservatory. Replace bay window to side elevation with flat window. New bi-fold doors to rear, new timber cladding to rear along with internal alterations, at 12 Lunn Lane, by Stephen Hogg.
