Police Interceptors star and Nottinghamshire Police Constable to offer inspiration to guests at NYP Social event near Newark

A television star will be entertaining guests at a networking group's spring social on Thursday evening.

Newark-based NYP Social aims to make networking fun, and regularly meets to connect like-minded people in the area.

This time the group will be joined by guest speaker Lisa Desantis, a police constable with Nottinghamshire Police and a regular face of Channel 5's Police Interceptors.

The event will be held at Hardy's Farm Shop, in Farndon, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

Founded by Future Cloud Accounting managing director Francesca Tricarico in 2016, NYP Social offers events for people to make business contacts in a relaxed environment.

The group's last event saw celebrity tattoo artist Kevin Paul share some inspiration.

Francesca said: "We pick speakers with inspirational stories and backgrounds, so that when people come they can be inspired.

"It's an informal way to meet like minded people. You can meet people naturally rather than in a formal setting."
