Police name a woman, 39, who died in Hoveringham crash by River Trent




Police have named a woman who died in a single vehicle collision in Hoveringham.

Officers were called to Hoveringham Road, Hoveringham, on Tuesday at around 4pm following reports of a car in the River Trent.

The 39-year-old was taken to hospital after the incident but died of her injuries a short while later.

The woman has been named as Emma Fegan from Hoveringham, Nottinghamshire.

Emma's family have asked for privacy at this difficult time.

Nottinghamshire Police is appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident or has dashcam footage to contact 101, quoting incident number 565 of September 24.
