Poll: What is your favourite Christmas chocolate selection box — Nestle Quality Street, Cadbury Roses, Mars Celebrations or Cadbury Heroes
It’s time to crack open the selection boxes, but which is your favourite Christmas chocolate?
While not specifically Christmas-related, the classic choices of Quality Street, Roses, Celebrations and Heroes have become somewhat synonymous with Christmas.
Quality Street was introduced in 1936 as an affordable alternative to expensive boxed chocolates, growing over 87 years to include some chocolates so well-known they have their own names — think The Purple One.
Cadbury Roses were launched just two years later as a competitor to Quality Street, in 1938.
The more modern additions to the line-up, were also launched close together.
Mars launched Celebrations in 1997 as one of the first mixed boxes of already existing chocolate bars, and Cadbury released Heroes, originally known as Cadbury's Miniature Heroes, in 1999.
So whether you prefer to stick to the classics like Dairy Milk or a Mars Bar, or like to indulge in a Toffee Penny or Orange Creme, we want to know, what do you think the best Christmas chocolate is?
