Robin Hood Entertainment and Soft Play at Malt Park, Newark is temporarily closed for refurbishment
A play centre in Newark is closing temporarily as it goes under refurbishment to make the space brighter, bigger and better.
Robin Hood Entertainment and Soft Play at Malt Park, Newark will be closed until Saturday (February 24) as it is adding two new sections for those aged under and above four years old.
Additionally, the sensory room is being completely refurbished to accommodate babies under the age of one and to include SEN of any age.
The over four section will include a – Bravery Ledge – a clear decking that hangs the frame where children can challenge themselves to stand, if they struggle from fear of heights.
It also includes monkey bars to challenge strength.
The under four section is set to include several features such as puzzles, interactive games, fixed musical instruments, a volcano ball blow and a balance beam.
Children over the age of four will be able to play at the new state of the art Laser Tag System, however, it is recommended for children over 10, who wouldn’t usually book a Soft Play Party.
Adults can also book the new game as it has been used by businesses for Team Building and Work Events.
When the owner, Tim Dallison took over the business in 2021, he promised to make the play centre bigger, brighter and better and continues to the site.
It will reopen under its usual hours and days.
