A brightly coloured parachute, mini hurdles, sponge balls and whistles were among the equipment primary school pupils bought with money they raised.
Year six pupils, aged ten and 11, at Chuter Ede Primary School, Balderton, raised about £50 from a chocolate fountain at their school’s Christmas fair.
Nottinghamshire county councillor, Mr Keith Walker, also donated £150 towards the equipment.
The equipment will be used by children, who run activity sessions for younger pupils on Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes.
The pupils chose the equipment with help from staff and have been trained in how to use it correctly.
