Advertiser archive photos and articles of Queen form exhibition at Newark Library

An exhibition of photos, articles and recollections of the Queen from the Newark Advertiser archives is on display at a library.

The display at Newark Library — which marks 70 years since the Queen’s coronation and the Platinum Jubilee — reflects on how the townspeople of Newark and surrounding villages celebrated the accession and coronation of Queen Elizabeth II back in 1953.
