Proposed Development: Winning and working of clay, shales, mudstones, sandstones and siltstones comprising a western extension to the existing Kirton north quarry workings. Restoration to open water, woodland and grassland. Retention of temporary railway bridge crossing and haul road. Clay and soil stockpiling and variation to the restoration of Kirton North. I hereby give notice that Forterra Building Products Limited have submitted further information pursuant to Regulation 22 for the above regulations to supplement the Environmental Statement previously submitted with the above planning application to Nottinghamshire County Council on 8 May 2017

Members of the public may inspect copies of the further information at Nottinghamshire County Council, Development Management, County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 7QP, Newark & Sherwood District Council, Planning, Castle House, Great North Road, Newark, NG24 1BY and Ollerton Library, Forest Road, New Ollerton, or at Kirton Brickworks, Station Road , Kirton, NG22 9LG during all reasonable hours until 2 November 2017 or online at

Copies of the further information may be obtained at a cost of £10.00 as long as stocks last from Forterra Building Products Limited, Birchwood Way, Somercotes, Alfreton, Derbyshire, DE55 4NH.
