Water levels are high for a river due to the amount of rain produced by Storm Babet.
The River Trent which flows through the area including the town of Newark has had its water level increase substantially in the last 24 hours.
There are fears that it could get worse over the next few days as water flows down from Derbyshire.
The Castle Barge which sits on the river near Newark Castle was closed yesterday and had been expected to open again today.
However, due to the high water levels potentially causing safety concerns, it remains closed today.
