Secrets of spectacular Astrophotography to be shared at Maplebeck Village Hall




An IT manager turned pro photographer is to host an unforgettable evening under the stars.

Astrophotography guru Peter Jenkins will host an astrophotography evening on Saturday, March 29, at Maplebeck Village Hall.

Starting from 7pm, the evening will see Peter share the secrets to capturing jaw-dropping images of the night sky.

The photographer is a Fellow of the Royal Astronomical Society, and a two-time finalist in the Royal Observatory's Astronomy Photographer of the Year competition, and he’s also contributed to BBC Sky at Night Magazine and the International Astronomy Show and the Advanced Imaging Conference.

Peter will share his process for photographing the wonders of the cosmos, and whether a seasoned photographer or a total beginner attendees will be inspired to take their photography to new heights.
