Roads in Caythorpe, Thurgarton and Lowdham in Nottinghamshire are still closed due to flooding




Drivers are asked to be cautious as some roads have been reported as still being flooded.

Beck Street both ways between Main Street and Priory Park is still listed as closed at Thurgarton.

Station Road Lowdham is still being reported as closed due to flooding on both ways between Southwell Road and Blenheim Avenue.

Slightly east of there, Caythorpe Road is also listed as still closed due to flooding both ways between Gunthorpe Road and Main Street.

Delays of around ten minutes on the A6097 Southbound between Victoria Avenue and Brunts Lane are being experienced by drivers where the average speed has dropped to 15 mph.

There are slight delays Delays on the A46 Northbound in Nottinghamshire where there is an average speed of 15 mph reported.

Delays of ten minutes on the A1 Northbound between B6326 Great North Road (Balderton / Claypole Turn Off) and A46 (Newark Showground / Air Museum Turn Off) are also being experienced.

Average speeds in the area have dropped to ten mph.
