Reader's letter: Shocking price

While prices have risen in all supermarkets, it seems to have been taken to extremes at Southwell’s Co-op.
You can spend nearly £10 for a box of standard tea bags, and grilled chicken packets were two for £6 or over £3 each which caused me quite the shock.
It seems extremely expensive, especially as our budgets are being stretched further and further.
Not to mention the lacklustre selection of fruit and vegetables available most times I venture into the store.
It is time for the Co-op to do better for the town. — L. ATKINSON, Southwell.
