A Newark and Sherwood property is one of the most viewed in the country, data has revealed.

Homebuyers and nosey residents alike have had their eye on one property in Newark and Sherwood this month.

The home ranked second among the most viewed properties on popular selling site Rightmove.

The top five included are castles, homes by the coast and properties with character and charm, all of which are out of most people's budgets.

A six-bedroom former Victorian farmhouse in Besthorpe, open to offers over £750,000, was the second most viewed property in March.

The property, on Collingham Road, is described as a beautiful, six-bedroomed Victorian former farmhouse which sits in the middle of its circa one acre grounds and affords glorious views of the open Nottinghamshire countryside.
