Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue dealing with scrapyard fire in Newark

Six fire engines are on the scene of a scrapyard fire in Newark this morning.

The Water and Foam Unit and Command Support Unit are also tending to the fire, on Great North Road.

Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue have urged people to avoid the area, and close windows if they see or smell smoke.
