Stolen vehicle recovered by Newark Police as offenders escape

A stolen vehicle was recovered by Newark Police.

The moped was reported stolen on Tuesday evening.

It was recovered within an hour of being reported missing as those responsible made their escape.

Offenders caused damage to the moped's ignition and steering lock.

The owner has been updated and police are continuing their enquiries.
