Newark and Sherwood District Council planning applications will see North Muskham summerhouse demolished and five new homes in Southwell




A full round-up of this week's planning applications be be found below.

Averham: Double garage, new front gates and supporting pillars, at Wood View , The Close, by Brett Ward.

Balderton: Single-storey rear extension and associated works, at 29 Acacia Road, by Mr Colford And Ms Phillips.

Bleasby: Two four-bedroom houses within the garden of Wild Briars and creation of a new separate access, at Wild Briars, Goverton, by Karen Slater-Davison.

Carlton-on-Trent: One three-bedroom dwelling, at land adjacent 44 Main Street, by Lee Kirkham.

Collingham: Conversion of barn to form annexe as ancillary accommodation to existing dwelling, and single-storey side extension, replacement of porch, and attic conversion to host dwelling, with reinstated gated access, at 14 Swinderby Road, by Mr and Mrs Hunt.

Elston: Conversion of the forge into habitable accommodation (including change of use to C3) internal alterations, and single-storey attached garage workshop, at The Forge, Low Street, by Daniel Chiasson.

Hockerton: Vary condition two attached to planning permission 19/01482/FUL to amend the approved plans, at land off Hockerton Road, by Jack Hammond.

Kirton: New dwelling and garage, conversion of traditional outbuilding as an extension to existing dwelling, and replacement timber-framed garage, at Chestnut View, Main Street, by David Sole.

Lowdham: Replace existing side extension, front porch and new detached garage, at Sherrards Farm, Old Epperstone Road, by Daniel Birkin.
