Suthers named as deputy leader

The county councillor for the Bingham area, Mr Martin Suthers, has been named as the new deputy leader of Nottinghamshire County Council.
He was appointed at the annual meeting on Thursday. The leader is Mrs Kay Cutts who represents Radcliffe.
