Three men arrested after burglary at Pratt & Gelsthorpe Ltd on Balderton Gate

Three people have been arrested following a burglary last night.

Nottinghamshire Police reported to the scene of a burglary at Pratt & Gelsthorpe Ltd on Balderton Gate, Newark.

Two men aged 16 and a man aged 20 have been arrested.

Police received a call at 3.10am about a group of suspicious males in the area.

Police say that on arrival at the scene, the offenders ran and after a foot chase, a male was detained.

Entry had been forced and four motorbikes were stolen from within the premises. Officers cordoned off the area and three of the motorbikes were recovered and returned to the owner.
