Tough Mudder will return to Belvoir Castle near Grantham
A mud run and obstacle course is returning to the area next month.
Tough Mudder will be back in the grounds of Belvoir Castle near Grantham on June 24 and 25.
Seasoned professionals and newcomers alike will aim to take on the course which has famously taken down many muddy entrants.
The course sees the return of obstacles such as Slidin’ Dirty, where the eight by 20 metre long slide will guarantee a splash, alongside other obstacles.
There are limited tickets available across a variety of distances.
For those who don’t think the 5K, 10K or even 15K distances are enough for them, Tough Mudder Midlands will play host to "Europe’s Toughest Mudder” event.
Billed as the ultimate test of endurance, those from around the continent will come together for an epic 12 hour challenge that takes place through the night.
Matthew Brooke, managing director of Tough Mudder said: “It brings me great joy to know that Tough Mudder is returning to the midlands and that we’re bringing Europe’s Toughest along too.
“It’s always been a course that tests even the most determined characters so I can’t wait to hear and see the unbelievable stories that this year’s event will surely produce.”
