Ambitions Personnel, Newark, launches training academy

A Newark recruitment firm has launched a training academy.

Ambitions Personnel hopes to provide pro-active and ongoing learning to its entry-level recruiters.

The academy is Ambitions’ first dedicated scheme to develop new consultants.

It will provide four-week intensive courses, conducted internally by the firm’s senior recruiters, and will prepare and educate the new consultants to be confident and proficient as part of the team.

Ambitions Personnel director Claire Haggar said: “For Ambitions, ensuring that we provide training and upskilling opportunities is essential to ensuring our staff retention and satisfaction. Through the Ambitions Training Academy, we can progress existing, non-recruitment staff, as well as create new consultant roles for fresh talent.”
