EMR trains from Newark Northgate station disrupted due to a person hit by a train

Trains from Newark Northgate have been disrupted following a person being hit by a train.
East Midlands Railway have reported that the line has now reopened between Nottingham and Lincoln, after a person was hit by a train around the Lowdham area.
Emergency services have attended the incident and the train involved has been moved forward into Lowdham station.
Trains through the area in both directions are now able to run, but journeys may be delayed up to 45 minutes, more information about affected trains is available on the EMR website.
Two trains calling at Newark Northgate station have been cancelled.
