The A17 is currently closed in both directions due to a truck fire near Beckingham.

The A17 is closed both ways between Stragglethorpe Lane at Brant Broughton and Woodgate Lane at Beckingham due to a lorry fire.
The road will be closed for some time as officers on scene confirm the road has been scorched and are awaiting the arrival of Highways to clear the road.
Traffic is currently queueing past Leadenham, so avoid the area if possible.
