Two arrests made by Nottinghamshire Police after break-ins and till thefts in Bingham and Radcliffe on Trent




Two people have been arrested after a spate of break-ins and till thefts.

Nottinghamshire Police recently received reports of a number of break-ins at businesses in Bingham and Radcliffe on Trent, and reports of cash being stolen from tills while victims were distracted.

Officers from the Rushcliffe South Police team made two arrests in connection with the offences on June 3.

One male suspect remains in police custody while investigations continue.

In a statement on social media, the team said: “We’d like to thank the local community for their continued support, and vigilance. We'd also like to thank local businesses for their time and support with providing CCTV and witness evidence to support this matter.
