Two-car crash on A46

Emergency services were called to a two-car crash on the A46 at the turn-off for Collingham.
Two fire engines and the technical rescue unit from Newark were called at 9.50am.
Crews extricated one man who was then treated by East Midlands Ambulance Service.
The incident was finished by 10.26am.
A Nottinghamshire Police spokesman said: "We were called at 9.47am to a report of a collision on the A46 at Collingham.
"Two cars were involved. A woman was taken to Lincoln County Hospital and an elderly man was taken to the Queen's Medical Centre, Nottingham."
The road has now re-opened.
