Two arrests made by Cotgrave neighbourhood beat team after reports of disorder and attempted theft outside Methodist church




Two people have been released on bail after they were arrested on suspicion of two offences.

The arrests were made on Sunday in relation to public order offences and attempted theft around the Methodist church on Bingham Road, Cotgrave.

Cotgrave local neighbourhood beat team responded before both suspects were interviewed and released on bail, with conditions to stay away from the church and an evening curfew.

The conditions will be policed by the neighbourhood and response teams.

Nottinghamshire Police has maintained contact with the persons directly involved in the incident and will continue to do so.
