UPDATE: A man has been charged after an arrest in Newark this morning.

Following the arrest in Newark in the early hours of this morning, a man has now been charged.
Anthony Burton, 37, of Apple Tree Close, Newark, has been charged with vehicle interference following the incident on Winthorpe Road.
Newark Police said that he will be attending court in the near future.
