A total of 109 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Newark and Sherwood, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.

In the last seven days there have been 957 positive cases recorded in Newark and Sherwood, which is down 29 cases on the previous seven-day period.
In the latest 24-hour period, there has been one new death reported in Newark and Sherwood within 28 days of the person testing positive for the virus, taking the total to 269.
