Several internal walls have been damaged and there's a large hole in the property's front where the living room window used to be. However, some of the property's original features remain in tact.

Suzanne Randell, joint managing director for auctions at Bond Wolfe, said: "Due to the condition of the property, we would expect it to appeal to someone who likes a project such as a builder or property investor who would be happy to undertake the work to bring it back into habitable use."
