Walk-in blood tests available at Newark Hospital

Walk-in blood tests are available at a hospital during weekdays.

People who have been referred for a blood test by their GPs or hospital team can get it done at Newark Hospital.

Between 8am and 3.30pm on weekdays, people can go to the main outpatient department to be helped by the hospital team.

There is no need to book an appointment.

Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust spokesman said: “Help us spread the word so more people have quicker access to the blood tests they need.

“We’re working hard to increase the range and availability of many other services at Newark Hospital.”
