Weather warning in place across Grantham area

Heavy rain forecast across the area has led the Met Office to issue a weather warning.

A yellow warning for rain is in place until 1pm today (Tuesday).

Weather experts warn that heavy rain could cause some flooding and travel disruption.

Rain is forecast for the Newark area all day, with temperatures not expected to rise above 16C.

It is expected to brighten up and stay dry tomorrow (Wednesday) with sunny intervals and highs of 19C.
