Greene King pub, the Bromley at Fiskerton Nottinghamshire to re-open tomorrow says new operator

A popular pub that only just recently closed will be re-opened tomorrow (Monday) according to sources including its Facebook page.

The Bromley at Fiskerton announced its closure on September 4.

It was closed by its previous operators as they planned to focus on their other business and retirement plans.

The news of the closure came as a shock to many of the riverside pub's customers on social media.

The Greene King pub has now announced that it will be re-open at 11am and a call for former staff has also been put out.

"Any staff that wishes to come back, please don’t hesitate to pop in and see me," said Damo Bradley who posted that he is re-opening the premises.

Damo responded to a customer and confirmed that for the first few weeks, only drinks would be served due to the kitchen currently undertaking an upgrade.

He said that he expected that food would be back on offer from October.
