The Castlegate Centre, on the junction of Castlegate and Lombard Street, has been listed on online with Rightmove by agent LLH Solutions Ltd, Oakham, with the freehold available for £2,400,000.
The town centre building is used for leisure purposes, and advertised with sitting tenants including Perys Bingo, UK Superbowl, Anytime Fitness, and The Everest Inn.
The building also houses the former late-night Atrium bar and there is also an unoccupied, 8,000sq ft restaurant on the first-floor.

The building was constructed on the former Wadham Stringer car showroom site.
