WHSmith has been named the 'worst retailer' in the UK for the second year running.

A new survey by Which? has named WHSmith as the UK's worst retailer for the second year in a row.

Which? asked 7,700 members in January to rate their retail experiences over the past six months, and stationary store WHSmith came bottom with just a 50% rating in overall customer satisfaction.

Richer Sounds’ top-ranking score of 89% means it just beats outdoor clothing specialist Rohan (87%) and department store John Lewis & Partners (86%) to the top spot.
