Hardy's Farm Shop in Farndon puts up beautiful display for the festive season which is officially opened by Newark Mayor Laurence Goff
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas at a farm shop’s winter wonderland.
Hardy’s Farm Shop, Farndon, is ready for the festive season, with a their magical, snowy marquee officially opened by Newark Mayor Laurence Goff last Friday.
Decked out with Christmas trees and a reindeer, the grotto is open for food, afternoon teas and a series of special events.
Holly Hardy, owner of Hardy’s, said: “It’s somewhere to sit in a festive space.”
Highlights of the winter wonderland include breakfast with Santa on December 4, 11 and 18.
Children will receive a gift, see a magic show and decorate cookies.
It will also host a craft session on Saturday, November 19, and wreath-making on December 1 and 8, all bookable on the Hardy’s website.
The grotto is open from 11am daily until the new year for café service.
